7 Steps To Acne Free Skin

You’ve got acne? You’ve come to the right place. I got so fed up with the amount of websites on the Internet that had incorrect information about acne, or information that was just trying to push a product - so I’ve made my own overview on the best way to heal acne, which is based on my personal experiences with healing my own severe acne.

Here is a smiling picture of me now. Yeah, I know before and after shots are really lame. But people were starting to ask if I actually had acne so I thought I’d better include them :)

And here are some pictures of me with acne. I never took a photo of my skin when it was at its worst because I avoided cameras as much as possible, but here are a couple of photos I took when it was healing. Honestly, I was so happy that my skin was getting better that I took these photos as proof.

Some of these spots are actually cysts sitting under the surface of my skin. They’d sit under the surface of my skin for weeks, sometimes even months.

For a more extended guideline on how to treat your acne, sign up to my mini-course. It’s free, and a really easy to follow step-by-step guide to treat your acne naturally. It doesn’t matter if you’re already using prescription medications to treat your acne, the mini-course will give you great results, whether or not you’re already using treatments.

Step 1: Consider visiting a medical professional

If your acne is mild or you’ve already seen a doctor or dermatologist, you can skip this step.

I put this step as number one because often those with moderate to severe acne, or a chronic acne condition may need support from a doctor or dermatologist. This does not mean you can skip the natural treatments, it’s quite the opposite. Continue reading →

Does The Zeno Pro Clear Acne In 24 Hours?

zeno proPrice: US$189.00
Rating: ★★☆☆☆
Website: http://myzeno.com/

In one of my weakest moments I gave in to my impulse buying urge and I purchased a Zeno Pro on eBay.

To be honst, I was really excited when the package arrived. I had high hopes for this little device and truly believed that it could clear my spots in as little as 24 hours. Imagine that, those stubborn pimples that can take a week or two to disappear could be zapped in just 24 hours!!!! Well, it didn’t really work out that way …

Would I recommend the zeno pro? Yes and no. If you have very mild acne, or PMT acne, then the zeno will help make your pimples go away a little quicker. Although it is a high price to pay for something that just works okay. You can get almost as good results with a good spot treatment.

If you have moderate to severe acne I’d save your money. The device just doesn’t seem to be designed for high volume. I have mild acne at the moment, and I’ve even gone through the whole cartridge in just 2 weeks!

What Skincare Products To Use For Acne Prone Skin

I’ve been asked this question a lot by acne sufferers, especially teenage acne sufferers. What skincare products should acne sufferers be using and what are the best recommendations for cleansing the skin.

Everybody has their own preference, and something may work better for you. But these are the products that I have used which I know for a fact have not and will not make me breakout.

Here is my video:

Conventional vs Natural Acne Treatments

The natural way to treat your acne will always be the better way, but don’t feel as though you can never use conventional treatments. If you’ve tried natural treatments and you can’t seem to get rid of your acne, or if your skin condition is moderate to severe then often getting help from a doctor or a dermatologist is the right thing to do.

It doesn’t mean you stop the natural treatments. It’s quite the opposite. The natural treatments will always be essential even when you’re taking prescription medications to heal your skin, because natural methods will help your acne clear faster, reduce the redness and inflammation of your skin and make sure your acne doesn’t come back with full force once you discontinue the medications.

Here’s my video about it:
