I am going to do it I am going to do it ! I am addicted to the look of the food it looks gorgeous ! I won’t start though until I have transfered MY new lounge into a less of a tip into something truly amazing a place where i can relax and unwind so my guesses are I will do the challenge about April ! Bring it on !

Wow, by watching this video, I realized how beautiful the world is without all the ‘modern’ distractions, (I pretty much mean cooked foods though…;) I can’t wait for your next videos, 2010 seems so great so far!

Oh, and it’s nice to not hear the swooshing in the background of the video, it feels ‘cleaner’ that way, I guess…That’s my first impression of it, at least!

Hi Fran,

I think I am going to try the 30 day raw vegan! You look glowing in your video. I think the sun helps peoples moods a lot, being stuck in freezing rainy England makes it hard sometimes as I love the feeling of warm sunshine on my face.
I googled raw vegan foods and couldn’t really find a list of all the foods you can eat. Are you going to include this in your journal?

Laura- Yes, the sun does help with a happy mood a lot :) In my journal I’ll have everything I’m eating over the 30 days … but I’m also writing an eBook with a friend that will be a beginners guide to raw detoxing!

Awesome! I’m having an interesting flip-flop experience. At first I wanted to complicated heavy raw meals, then I started to crave simpler meals for several months (although I’m not 100% raw), but I just recently started to want to get more creative with my food. I think now that my body has adjusted to mostly raw food, my mind is getting excited about the things I can create.

Hi Fran,

I have always thought about going into raw food diet but I did not. There are lots of peer pressure and social issues that comes with taking a raw diet and that is what scares me.

I know about the benefits of raw food diet and maybe I will start a diet which is around 30 -50% raw food for a start.

Wow!

This video is great. Now I understand why I gain weight ever since I started to drink green smoothies.

Within 2 days, I gain 2 pounds. yay!
