It’s contest time again at High on Health! Here’s the prize-
I love, love, love Inna Segal and was lucky enough to get the opportunity to meet her early last year. I actually did an hour long video interview with her which sits inside theClearestSkinEver.com coaching program.
Inna has some super interesting things to say about treating disease in the body and treating acne specifically. The book is a handy guide on the emotional connection between disease and emotions. There are even a couple of daily meditations in the book that you can do to heal your skin.
The prize also includes a couple of CDs. The first is a series of audios on how you can self heal your own body. The second CD I’m quite proud of because I asked her to record it and she did! It’s a series of meditations designed to heal the skin. There is even an entire meditation specifically for healing acne.
