I decided to record this video after listening to a new album by a brother of mine, Elijah Ray. I’ve been a fan and friend of Elijah’s for a couple of years now, and love how his music (along with his soul) help to warm up and beautify any space. mortuaree- This will come down to your own intuition. Do you know who the artist is? Do you have an idea about what their intentions were when creating that piece of music? If you don’t know who they are then how does the piece of music make you feel? What emotions does it bring out? Where can you feel it in your body? … honestly for a lot of the chakra work and meditation that I do with music.. I do it with a lot of classical .. but this also doesn’t mean that classical music is my favorite.. I love to dance to dubstep!!! so it’s totally cool to choose music for different intentions.

[..YouTube..] For those with iTunes, I highly suggest you search for the albums Mei-Jyu by Alio Die & Jack or Jive, and Buddha-Bar: Nature by Allaín Bougraín Dubourg &Arno Elias. Both these albums I find very uplifting. The Mei-Jyu album makes me feel like I am on a mountain peak in the Himalayas surrounded by drifting clouds, and the Buddha-Bar album makes me feel like I need to go outside and climb a tree haha. My favorite song from Mei-Jyu is “Meijyu” and from Buddha-Bar it’s “Osmyo”.
