How To Move Your Body To Get Stuck Energy To Move Out

My hoop and I have been having a lot of fun together lately. I’m not particularly good at it yet but it has still become a huge part of my life for a few beautiful reasons. It’s fun, it’s a great way to exercise, it’s a challenge and most of all – it’s a perfect way to move stuck energy out of my body. With everything that’s “going on” right now, moving every little muscle in my body (especially those muscles that I’m not used to moving) has been perfect to shift out that energy that I know I don’t want in any more. More in the video…

[..YouTube..] Have you considered taking the wind chimes down before you started filming? I personally find the sound to be quite annoying.

[..YouTube..] Love this post, Fran. I move often, walking and dancing. Never thought about hooping – but it sounds like the type of exercise I would really enjoy…now just how to figure out how to purchase one :-) Haven’t seen one since I was a kid X

[..YouTube..] If someone so thoughtful and articulate doesn’t have confidence, we shouldn’t have any either!
This afternoon, I took an 8 year old fig tree on a trip to plant it 500 yards away from where it grew (My garden is crammed full) ; I was with 3 guys from Chile ; I know Chile is not Peru, but it made me think of you several times. Nice warm and friendly people.

Btw I’m pleased you went through typing all the “bubbles” around my gamertag…lol You even got the sequence right! ;-) One of a kind woman!

BTW, Fran I will be disappointed if you take the chimes down. Chimes are so beautiful and soothing and always add to that gorgeous serene atmosphere of where you live ♥

Take them down only if they annoy you X

I love the sound of the windchimes. It is soothing and peaceful, but because ONE person bitches about them…..now they have to come down?

Why does the minority opinion rule here?

If YOU want them up and love them…….NO ONE should be able to dictate if you keep them up or not. Granted, if thousands of us were bitching about them, then maybe consider taking them down.

But, trying to please one person is just ridiculous! Trying to please people in general is pointless. You will never make everyone happy Fran. So, don’t even try.

If this person hates the chimes THAT MUCH, then they can choose to watch your videos or not.

I actually love it how the wind chimes are bringing up so much heated discussion! Yay for such a simple thing revealing so much within ourselves :)

I don’t really have an opinion on them.. they’ll come down if I remember when I record a video, otherwise they’re up ;)

I’ve got to wonder about someone who actually gets “annoyed” by the sound of wind chimes. To each his/her own I suppose, but to feel the need to complain about it on someone else’s blog is just baffling to me.

The things people find to bitch about in this world is just amazing……

[..YouTube..] I’m a professional dancer and I’ve taken for granted how healing dance can be until recently working nonstop on my website sitting still for hours at a time. I think that when you do something professionally sometimes the stress of it makes you take a break. My body has literally been aching from not moving.
