A little hello now that I’m back home in Peru!! It has been a very intense five or six weeks and now that I’m back my energy is still shifting and integrating, so I’m taking it very relaxed and easy for a while. In this video I talk a little about overall what I learned on my big U.S adventure :)

I would love for you to make a video on understanding and allowing the transformations and transitions within ourselves be our everyday truth and action. I feel more and more the shift within me and this beautiful connection with spirit, however, when I go to work and have my day in day out routine (besides my time teaching yoga) I feel the need to take things down a notch. Maybe a confidence thing? -Much love sis

Welcome back. Camping sounded fun. Glad you had a safe trip. Sorry to hear about the parasites.
I would be interested to hear your advice on how to recover from trauma. Say if somebody hurt you, you find it difficult to trust again, or you seek out more hurtful people because you subconsciously feel that is what you deserve, or that is just what you are used to. I am specifically talking about having a healthy romantic relationship with another after having been mistreated in the past. But I think this could be addressed in a general manner.

Hey Fran, I’m glad you had a safe journey! You look wonderful and radiant!
I remember you created a video a while ago and very briefly discussed about transitioning from girl to woman. I’m in a place right now where I cannot seem to move from girl to woman. I’m also having issues trying to make my way into the professional world, but cannot because of my girl-to-woman transition phase. I hope this makes sense. I hope you may share some kind words as to how to move forward into the world.
