My Experience With Nyepi, A Day of Silence In Ubud, Bali

I was so lucky to accidentally be in Bali for Nyepi which is a spiritual day of silence and reflection. It ended up being a beautiful day of release and reflection for me. I highly recommend anyone wanting to come to Bali to experience this very auspicious occasion. More in the video…

[..YouTube..] Fran, this sounds totally amazing! ♥ I’m really happy to hear about this. I’m experiencing the same thing, that it’s difficult to release unwanted energies and that stillness and silence is a great, if not the only, way for me to do so :)

Hey, Ka Sundance is in Bali. :) Wonder if you’ll run into him, if you know of that raw foodist.

Sounds like a nice day for you. :)

Hi Fran, thanks for this video. I always wanted to go to Bali! Also, this is a completely random question, not about this blog topic at all. I remember awhile back you posted something about the tooth summit, I ended up missing it, and I also remember you talking about having cavities or teeth trouble. I’ve been trying to find something natural to help my gum and teeth issues, but I was curious if you could say what you are using now? or if something worked for you?

Hi Sarah, yes! I have changed my dental routine significantly and feel really good about it. I’ve thrown away my toothpaste and now use essential oils from Nadine Artemis. She sells a tooth pack which is great. It’s lots of flossing and lots of steps but when you’re doing it.. it feels SO right. And I don’t want any more cavities.. really. I highly recommend it.

“However, I am persuaded … Scientology is not, subject to one reservation, a religious institution because it is, in relation to its religious pretensions, no more than a sham. Its bogus claims to believe in prayer and other aspects of a creed based on a divine being, were no more than a mockery of religion. Scientology as practiced is in reality the antithesis of a religion.”
