U.S orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer (Live-Live) in New York City, The United States.
All other orders and shipped from Brisbane, Australia.
What postal services is my order shipped with?
US orders are shipped with either The United Postal Service (UPS) or The United States Postal Service (USPS).
All other orders and shipped with Australia Post.
Do you ship to my country?
We currently ship to all countries.
What is the processing time of my order?
Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed the same day or by the end of next business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed by Monday or by close of business day Tuesday.
How long will it take to get my order?
Delivery times vary depending on the service and customs in your area/country of purchase. US and Australian customers can expect delivery with 6-10 days. International orders can take up to 30 days.

Taxes
Live-Live and High on Health shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within New York state. For orders shipped to other states in the US and Internationally, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
In our experience taxes on products imported internationally are random. We have had some cases of product being sent to Canada and Europe and taxed on arrival, but also many cases where this did not happen.
