Stress & Acne, Yeah They’re Related…

In this video I attempt to talk about Louise Hay’s acne affirmations and Shazzie’s awesome free eBook, but I got a little distracted …

Here are the affirmations:

I am a Divine expression of life. I love and accept myself where I am right now.

And the less hippy version:

I love and accept myself where I am right now. I am wonderful.

Shazzie Rocks!!

Shazzie's eBookI’m a little bit in love with Shazzie at the moment. She’s been a huge inspiration for me becoming a raw foodie … and she just seems like a really beautiful, loving person.

Her free eBook “Shazzie Whispers 100 Messages Of Love” is like wrapping yourself up in a big warm blanket, or devouring a bowl full of raw chocolate. It’s just a beautiful book to read – get the eBook here.

Don’t worry about your videos being over 10 minutes Fran! They make my days better. I downloaded Shazzies E-Book. It looks like a good self-confidence booster! Thanks! It just hit me like running into a brick wall. “Wow, I really am not happy with myself.” Well, Im going to change! Thank you so much Fran! Thank you thank you thank you! :)

Hi Fran,

It shouldnt matter how long your videos go for, they are very informative :)

Also, I love hippies and their way of life is awesome. I can admit I am a tree hugger and I dont care what anyone else thinks because I love the way hippies think :D

So I downloaded Shazzies E book too.

With my job as a Nurse, I find it stressful as I am working on a new ward and its a really busy ward and I feel stressed out totally. I find it hard to breathe and sometimes feel a little shaken up by the days events. So it takes me a while to whinde down to relax. Its only because I am new to the ward and learning certain nursing skills can make me frantic including my time management. I do think about other aspects of nursing that may be quieter for me but i need to evaluate that sometime this year.

Thanks for your video Fran

Kylie :)

Hey Fran. Thanks for telling us about Shazzie!

I like your long videos as you always pack lots of useful information into them :-)

Btw, your house looks so bright and sunny. I live in the UK so it’s very grey and rainy here at the moment. Must be a lovely place to do your work in :-)

Hey!

Loved your post!

-and dont worry; I love hearing about your detox/raw diet. The recipes you post are tastey too!

Also, you mentionned your new found love for gardening. I would love to hear about that (especially since it is cold here right now in Canada!).

Hi Fran!!! Thank you sooooo much for Shazzie’s E book. I have already finished the entire book twice and have been doing a lot about my stressful life. I am also trying to love myself more, too – it’s hard.

Well….. I am really thankful for all you do. You have been a huge inspiration in my life. All the best!

Thanks for the e-book link, it’s awesome!

I love #10: Lately I’ve been clearing out so much clutter in my life & home, that it’s making everything I do operate so much more smoothly. I have more room to create!

Great video. You do ramble on, but I think its safe to say that your readers do not at all mind when that happens!

I downloaded the e-book myself and skimmed through it just briefly. What awesome ways to reduce stress! I am going to read through it all this weekend, I can’t wait to finish it.

I agree with you 100% that society is becoming too “rushed”. My parents are this way… always rushing places and not having enough time for anything.

I have slowed down my life dramatically over the past few months and because of it I live a completely stress free life. I am happy for no reason many times throughout the day. And, again, I contribute this to the fact that I have just slowed down life.

Keep it up Fran!

-Todd

Nice video, but quite boring in the long run, no offense! Thank you for your thoughtful message though, appreciate it.
