I’ve been very excited to show you my spiral garden that Brendan and Suki from ROAR food built for me.
I’ve always wanted a vegetable garden so when I moved into this beautiful house with it’s massive garden, finally I could build my very own veggie patch. The spiral is just the start, soon I’ll have a heap of fresh produce growing …first I just have to figure out how to do it.
Wondering what all of this has to do with skin care? Check out the video-

Hi Fran
Your vegie garden is gr8. Something for me to think about when I return back to Brissy.
As for the cold in Calgary Alberta, sometimes in Winter its hard to get sunlight when the dreary clouds come in. When there is sunlight and then the cold winds come then its not easy to sit outside of course. When there is no wind, its bliss and I wish the sun would just be hotter lol. I havent sat outside in the Fall/Winter months to get some Sun because I have been concentrating on making sure I am warm warm warm lol. However something for me to think about when I stay in Canada a lil longer.
Love to see the progress of your vegie garden too
Take care
Kylie
Thanks for the response Kylie, and yes I will keep you all updated on the garden
I miss Canada a lot but I don’t miss that cold! We had 35C two days ago, so amazing for August.
Yeh I heard about that from my sister. Its just weird? Any sign of the Westerlie winds???
Hi Fran,
I live in the upper midwest USA. We have beautiful summers, and horrible winters. The sun feels so great in the summer!
In the winter, we have to resort to safe use of tanning beds and/or supplements. Some people use those new lights that simulate sunlight and swear by them. I haven’t tried it myself.
Big gaping ozone hole? That doesn’t sound good…
I’d love to live somewhere where its 80 degrees (F) year round. (I don’t know how that converts to Celcius). Is there such a place?
