Hi Fran,

I stopped eating nuts after leaning that I need to soak them first. I’m way too lazy to bring wet nuts to classes. But, according to Don Tolman, I should be eating non-soaked nuts? I mean better than not eating nuts?

Hey Davixa, yeh Scorpios are awesome :P Traveling is a very tricky one and I did eat not as good as I normally do when I was overseas for 9 months last year. However, you can still usually find pretty good options if you’re creative enough :) I did write a few blog articles about it while I was away actually.

Vivienne- Oh not all nuts need to be soaked actually. The “soft” nuts like macadamias, walnuts and cashews don’t need to be soaked. Almonds are the only ones I’m really disciplined about, so I do a HUGE batch, then dry them in the oven on the lowest temperature for about 3 hours. Then keep them in the fridge.
