You Have To Check This Site Out Before You Buy Another Skin Care Product

Have you ever seen a new skin care product in a store or advertised on TV and wondered if it really does work? Well, I have found THE BEST website that will take care of this problem! It’s called MakeupAlley, and it’s my new favorite website ever (and I know it’ll be one of your favorites too). Oh, and if you already knew about this website, why didn’t you tell me about it???

Here is the direct link to the website: http://www.makeupalley.com/

What I love the most about MakeupAlley, is that you can read product reviews from people who have tried them. This way when you’re wondering if a new product you saw will actually work, you can look up MakeupAlley and find out what others have thought about it, if it worked, if it did what it said it would do, and most importantly if it made them breakout or cleared their acne.

Another fantastic feature is how you have to add your skin type to your profile. So when you read other peoples reviews, you can see if they have the same skin type as you. So a product that works well on someone with very oily skin for example may not work so well for you if you have very dry skin.

I’ve recently purchased a few new products (which mind you are doing really well! my skin has never looked this good – I’ll tell you more about it in a few days if my skin keeps being this clear) …and reading up about these new products in makeupalley was very, very useful. In fact, I’d highly recommend that you look up all products in makeupalley that you’re thinking about buying from now on to see what others have to say about them.

Boys, I know the site is pink and is has a girly name, but it’s useful for you too. Because the same cleansers, moisturizers, acne treatments and sunblocks that us girls use are good for you too. So pretend you’re buying for your girlfriend or cruise the site when nobody else is around :)

Hey Fran,

I wrote a while back that I had gone back to the darkside (AKA the dermatologist). After a little over a month I was starting to see a dramatic improvement w/ the amount of whiteheads. I had also noticed I wasn’t getting any red postules either! I thought, WOW the oral antibiotics and topicals are finally working! Suddenly this past week I started breaking out like crazy again! I don’t know what suddenly happened :( I am so frustrated, I was hysterical crying before about this. I just think maybe nothing will ever work. I was wondering if you had any more info on that acne practice I saw you do a video about once. I live 40 mins outside of NYC, so I am thinking that may be the next option since nothing else seems to work.

Hey Meg, antibiotics seems to have a life span so they can just stop working after a while. Oral antibiotics can also clog up your liver a bit which will eventually make your skin worse – this happened to me.

I’ve heard mixed reviews about the acne practice. I’ve been in contact with Dr Neal and he’s a wonderful person and he’s helped many, many people improve their quality of life. However, it’s not a natural treatment so keep that in mind. But go for it, book in a consultation (and let me know how it goes!)

Have you seen this website: http://www.cosmeticsdatabase.com? It’s a safety review of TONS of products. It goes really in depth but also has a more general scale of 1 to 10.

Hey I was just wondering if the products you recommended and that you use are good for hormonal acne? The hemp hemp horray, toner, etc.

Hey Fran. I’m a young teen and have acne as a result of crazy hormones. I heard that honey is good for acne but i’m afraid it will clog my pores even more. What do you think? Also, I am looking for a good exfoliate. If you could recommend any that would b great! Oh and one more thing. I used this acne kit and it seemed to b working ok. I didn’t see any more breakouts. But the thing is, it has benzoyl peroxide in it. I don’t want to do anything that could harm my skin so i stopped. Now i’m just cleansing with natural honey.
