I had a trippy but beautiful experience last night that I wasn’t going to share because it all felt a little too weird, but when I sat in front of the camera this afternoon it just came out. So I guess I was meant to share it after all :)
I don’t know if you’ve been feeling it too but here in Peru we’ve been feeling HUGE energy shifts!! I have no idea what is happening and well.. I’m sure it’s for the best. But it has meant that anything that’s not serving us seems to be leaving our physical and energetic body. Cool huh. But it can be a little weird at times…….

I have been follow this blog for a long time and I’m wondering how exactly you feel the energy shifting? Weird things have begun happening for me, mostly in the last year, with feeling different vibrations, seeing and feeling things/people in my room, leaving the body and so on. But I don’t seem to be feeling what you are feeling. I want to be able to tune in to these changes more, so how do I do that?

Chamelon- thank you for following my blog :) … it sounds like you’re opening up a lot! That’s super cool. The lighter we get and the more sensitive we get, the more we’re going to feel and experience on all levels. And it’s going to be different for everyone. If you want to tune in more then set an intention too and deepen your spiritual practice. But most importantly, be gentle with your body during these changes .. everyone has a different threshold but it’s still important to nurture ourselves by getting plenty of sleep, drinking lots of water and boosting up our immune system. I was having thoughts last night about the nature of all this experience and the complexity of it all. It was like for a moment after thinking about a particular end of a song that I like, I could feel everything at once – for just a little while. I tend to think that a very deep part of the brain is being activated and brought to the surface in a rush of emotion. It’s a very connected feeling for me but sometimes does make me feel a little crazy. Through my connections on the internet with message boards and podcasts I am learning that we live in a really amazing time right now.

When I see your pod cast and the views in the background I can see you are living in paradise where great energy abounds, because I too live in paradise I feel that energy also. I think the important message for all of us here is to view our environment to really look at it and see if it is paradise if so breath it in and be uplifted. Always take time to smell the roses and energize……

wow amazing what a great post and could not have come at a better time. i every few days intuitively am led to your page and your posts are so in sync with certain waves im flowing through in my own life – so thank you! i particularly enjoyed in this post how the surrounds changed according to what you were speaking.. the wind came when you were speaking of chaos, then the sun went out and darkness came towards the end as you started speaking of our fears of being alone. Amazing god i can just feel the magic of pisac all the way here from brisbane ;)

Woke up this morning again feeling like there was something happening in “the energy.” I’ve felt the energy all my life, but the last several months I’ve felt *something* different. Can’t explain it. Was even more “unsettled” this morning and felt the need to connect to assure myself I wasn’t crazy. Randomly found this blog post. It helped. Most of the people around me are not aware of the energy. But they are feeling it none the less. And their reactions to it are also something that I pick up on. It helps to connect with others who are aware.

just out of interest do you take any medicinal herbs/drugs?
i too have been feeling weird lately but haven’t been able to express it and not really sure how. Also there are solar storms going on in space right now so that may be linked to it because it has been effecting the electricity over here in UK and humans are pure energy so of course its going to effect us too.

amy- not currently no… I have a lot of cacao ;) And participate in a plant medicine ceremony about once every 2 weeks here in Peru.
jackjosephbroehl- It sounds like you’re going through a big transformation right now, that’s great!! No idea what’s going on and I don’t think that anybody truly does. There are plenty of theories and some are better than others. Essentially when it comes down to the bare bones of it – if you’re in your center and you have pure intentions then the ride is going to be beautiful.
